What if I don't know my ring size?

If you're unsure of your ring size, we recommend getting your finger sized by a professional jeweler.

You can also try an online ring sizer, or order an at-home ring sizer from us.

I received my ring and it doesn't fit, can you resize it?

If you receive your ring and it doesn't fit, you can take it to a local jeweler for resizing.

If you prefer, we can also resize it for you for a fee of $40 for resizing down or $50 for resizing up, plus a $75 shipping charge.

Do you do engraving?

We offer engraving services for an additional charge of $10 per letter.

Please note that engraving is considered personalization and items with engraving are final sale.

Do you have a warranty?

All of our settings are covered by a one-year warranty, and we will replace diamonds up to 3mm in size at no cost, unless the item shows signs of undue wear and tear.

However, gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against loss, chips, or wear and tear, so we recommend that you insure your item through a private insurance company.

While we appreciate the sentimental value of heirloom diamonds and client-provided stones, at this time, we cannot accept the liability of working with them.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return my product?

P&S Jewelry understands that sometimes customers may not be satisfied with their fine jewelry purchase, and we are committed to providing a hassle-free return process.

Customers must provide written notification within 7 days of receiving their jewelry to initiate the return process.

We regret to inform customers that items shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns.

Additionally, to be eligible for returns, all items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 2 to 5 days of receipt using the same method of payment

Can I return a custom order?

Due to the unique nature of custom projects, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on such items.

Our custom work is tailored specifically to the individual's vision, and as such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges..

2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free standard ground shipping for domestic orders totaling $1,000 or more. For orders below $1,000, shipping fees will be calculated based on the shipping method selected and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method.

This change reflects your offer of free shipping for eligible domestic orders while still providing information about shipping fees for orders below the specified amount.

3. Shipping Insurance

All high-valued items are shipped with comprehensive insurance coverage. This insurance covers the full retail value of the item in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that an issue arises during shipping, we will work closely with the insurance provider to resolve the matter.
